Charles D. Smith & Associates, LLC was founded by Charlie Smith, and opened its doors on July 5th, 2011.  Charlie has almost thirty years of experience in representing businesses in litigation and workers’ compensation matters.  He has worked with both small and large companies in managing difficult claims and high risk litigation. Charlie’s extensive experience gives him the perfect background to provide exceptional service to his clients that is both highly effective and results oriented.
